ok it's 1:15 I just got done getting my eggs ready...

you have to envision this to get the full scope of this deviled egg business.

I had to ask the kitchen to hard boil 6 eggs for me, and send up some mayo.

I just had to peel the eggs and then cut them....this is all done at a tray table (like in the hospita)where my keyboard and mouse and everything else is too. I didn't have a plate, so I put them on a napkin and cut them with a plastic knife lol...mixed up the filling in a coffee cup with a plastic spoon.

I've been jonesing for deviled eggs for a while...and they are delicious.
