Description (from Authors Website)

"If you think you can always believe your eyes, and you’re sure that what you believe is true, it’s time to check your assumptions at the door. In this collection of short stories, “the most common and familiar elements of life … explode into a circus of horror.”

I thought that this book was fun and right up your alley if you like horror stories, but if you're scared easily you might want to have someone around to hold your hand. The stories are all fairly short so you can read it a little at a time and really savor the stories. All of the stories are different and equally creepy and scary. The author takes the most common things and turns them around and morphs them into something completely unrecognizable. After reading this book you will definitely look at your normal world with a little more trepidation. This is definitely not something you want to read at bedtime!

Every year we lose more people to AIDS. It hasn't disappeared and it's not going away anytime soon. I urge you to seek out and support your local AIDS Organizations. Encourage everyone you know to practice safe sex and to get tested once a year. Even if you don't think you are at risk, get tested. I didn't think I was at risk either, and I almost died before I was diagnosed.
