Review
I honestly don't know if I've ever read one of Jodi's books before, but I am now a HUGE fan! I absolutely loved this book! This story is about love, family and home. It's not simply a romance story, but is instead a complex tale of love on many levels. It's an easy, entertaining read that will leave you wanting to know more about Harmony!
While the story is about Reagan and how she finds a home, it's also about other relationships in the town of Harmony, and about Reagan's relationships with the citizens of Harmony. The relationship between Reagan and her 'uncle' Jeremiah is just one of the wonderful storylines to watch unfold.
Thomas has so many storylines woven in and out of each other, and yet the reader never gets lost. Instead, the reader gets caught up in this little town and falls in love. This is a hands down recommendation for this great book! I can't wait to read the next book in this series and find out what happens next in Harmony! I'll also be checking out more titles by this very talented author, and I'd suggest that all of you do the same.

I now have less than three weeks until WELCOME TO HARMONY hits the stands. I’m like a first time mother waiting to see her baby. This book, this town and its people mean a great deal to me. From the very first when I stepped into Harmony I felt like I was coming home.
I began the book in an old plantation house near Tyler, Texas. I was the only person staying in the place and I remember thinking I’d have fun wondering around, but as soon as it began to get dark I found myself locking my door to my room and climbing into bed with my computer. Maybe to step away from fear, I walked into an imaginary town and the story began.
The book is a collection of people who live in a small town. It centers on how they interact with one another. Some develop friendships, some fall in love, one stands beside his friend even when everyone else thinks he’s done something wrong. WELCOME TO HARMONY is about a group of people, their lives, their fears, and their depth of caring.
I guess if I had to sum it up in one phrase, I’d say this book is about loving. Not the ‘how are you today’ or ‘hope you’re getting better’ kind of caring, but the ‘what can I do to help’ kind of caring.
One of my favorite characters is a high school boy who is tall, bone thin, and not the best looking kid, but he believes that one of the days he’s going to be famous. His father went pro on the rodeo circuit and he plans to also. His undying faith in himself rubs off on others.
Come along with me to Harmony. I’ll walk you through the town, introduce you to its people and who knows, you might just fall in love with the place and decide to stay a while.
