This is a fun, whimsical book that has characters with silly names, outrageous adventures and unbelievable inventions. In other words, a book your kids will love. Lynn Garthwaite has definitely written this series of books with a lot of imagination and a love for children. These books are cute, but not cutesy so parents will enjoy them as well when reading them out loud to their children. The books are also just short chapter books, so older children will love to read them, but won't be intimidated by the length of the book.
